Kinlet United Cricket Club

Our village club plays friendly fixtures on Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings between late April to mid-September.

The ground is just a couple of six hits from the Grade 1 Kinlet Church and Kinlet Hall and it was judged one of Britain’s ten most beautiful grounds in a Daily Telegraph in competition in 2008.

Players are welcome regardless of age, ability or experience.  A typical Kinlet team includes players from their teens to their sixties.  We play competitively but the fun of playing and the companionship are more important than the result.

There is an annual three day cricket weekend in Wiltshire at the start of September, playing friendly teams and staying in Marlborough’s historic High Street.

Annual subscriptions and match payments are kept as low as possible to give value while keeping our finances in order.

Whatever your age or ability, we will give you a warm welcome.
